At Pure Golf our aim is to support our players so they can focus all of their efforts on the golf course. As management we liaise with like minded businesses putting sponsorship arrangements in place - alleviating some of the financial pressure. In return we offer significant exposure for both players and businesses as well as a host of other benefits.
Utilising our strong business links in Dorset we were keen to help support local golfers and provide the link between businesses and professional golfers. Our aim next year is to replicate this formula in Hampshire and Surrey, supporting players further a field.
Having played golf my entire life at club level I was always keen to be involved at a professional level. My first role in the golf industry was a Business Development Manager at Dudsbury Golf Club, Hotel & Spa. Having a lead role in hosting a stage of the PGA EuroPro Tour this really gave me the insight and push I needed to step into the world of player management.
In my current role as MD of Pure Golf I want to make a difference supporting homegrown talent in every way possible. As a golf fan I hope to enjoy the exciting journey of a professional golfer with them knowing that I've played a part.
